Inwit appointed Laurent Fayollas as a non-executive director on September 29, 2026, replacing Rosario Mazza, who resigned. The resolution was approved by the Board of Statutory Auditors, according to the company’s press release.

Board appointment

INWIT said Fayollas meets the applicable integrity requirements and that no grounds for ineligibility or incompatibility were identified. He will remain in office until the next Shareholders’ Meeting and does not hold shares in the company. The Board plans to complete the composition of its Strategy Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee at an upcoming meeting, the company said in the same release.
