St. Gallen, June 12th, 2008 - Cleantech Invest AG (Ticker Symbol 4CT;
www.cleantech-invest.ch) announces its investment in Sinosol AG
(www.sinosol.com). Simultaneously, Sinosol AG announces the time table of
their planned IPO in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. Sinosol AG is a German-Chinese company active in the high-growth
Solar and Photovoltaics sectors. The Sinosol Group focuses on the renewable
energy market, particularly photovoltaics, in and between China and Europe.
With local affiliates in both regions, Sinosol AG is a developer and
