MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG invests into locr GmbH

St. Gallen, June 06, 2008 - The Swiss investment company Mountain Super
Angel AG (Open Market Frankfurt, ISIN: CH0033050961) announces its
investment in locr GmbH, a company based in Braunschweig.

locr offers everything needed to tag photos with geodata, to archive them,
to create albums and to share with friends, relatives or with all internet
users. The photosharing community with a focus on geo-tagging offers a lot
of innovative applications and a platform where extra information about the
place the photo was taken, can be seen. Furthermore users can discuss
photos and experiences they have made. Highlights of locr are free clients,
which supports easy geo-tagging of photos on PCs or mobile phones. Since
locr launched in january 2007, locr has extended its range of applications
with the help of strategic partnerships, for example with major mobile
phone makers like Nokia, GPS receivers like Leadtek, GPS chips like SiRF or
with Skyhook Wireless, provider of the Wi-Fi Positioning System (WPS).

'locr creates a strong value add to a photo community by connecting the
mobile world with the internet and by offering useful background

the KfW and a number of Business Angels are belonging to the investors.
