18 April 2024 VVV Resources Limited ("VVV" or the "Company") Directors Shareholdings Total Voting Rights VVV Resources Limited, announces the following update in the Directors shareholdings in the Company. This follows the appointment of Benjamin Hill as a Non-Executive Director and the Board decision to issue ordinary shares to all of the Directors for nil consideration in lieu of cash for services to the Company. The issue of ordinary shares to each of the directors took place on 17 April 2024. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The above figure of 7,760,504 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
