POLNORD SA is a Poland-based company primarily engaged in the real estate sector. The Company mainly operates in the area of Gdansk, but also completes investment projects in such Polish cities as Warsaw, Lodz and Olsztyn. It is headquartered in Gdansk, Poland.
 
POLNORD?s construction activities include building site development, industrial, commercial and office space building, popular housing projects for the mass market and interior design. Through its subsidiaries the Company is also active in such fields as the production of reinforced concrete prefabricates, power plants and utilities network construction, civil engineering and repair works. It is also engaged in selling, renting, leasing and managing of its properties.
 
Polnord owns the largest land bank in Poland, comprising ca. 1.3 sqm of usable space. Aside from housing, Polnord also has offices and shopping malls on schedule.
 
The Company says that within the next three years, POLNORD SA should become a strong investment holding. It still intends to continue investing in flats, and additionally in hotels, office and retail space. POLNORD SA plans to establish consortia to build stadiums and motorways believing that wide range of activities will secure it against fluctuating market conditions and allow it to establish a stable company for many years to come.
 
Although POLNORD SA has operated and intends to continue operations primarily in the Polish market, it is undertaking cooperation with international investors in Russia, China, Romania and Ukraine, among others. It is also interested in other international markets.]]>
