Metals Banka AD, Novi Sad was established in 1990. Today it holds a significant position in the Serbian banking system having taken over DTD Bank in 2001 and DDOR bank in 2005. Strategic partnership with DDOR Novi Sad, a leading insurance company gives the bank a big potential and a unique quality.

The Bank is registered to perform all types of international operations, including international credit operations - the bank has so-called ?large authorisation?. International payment operations are performed through 152 correspondent banks.

Metals Banka performs the following activities: deposit operations, credit operations, foreign-exchange operations, operations relating to securities, payment cards issuing, depots, custody bank transactions, guarantee operations, payment operations, mediation and trading in securities, purchasing and collecting receivables (factoring, forfeiting etc.), broker-dealer business, and other financial services. In 2006 Metals Banka focused its activities on crediting SMEs and retail operations, particularly crediting natural persons and further expanding of the payment card system.

The branch network of Metals Banka is consisted of 60 units in 40 locations throughout Serbia. The Bank employs around 450 people.

The shares of Metals Banka are quoted on Belgrade Stock Exchange and are included in Belex 15 Index.
