Agrimill-Agrimpex Corp. was established in 1996 as the successor of Agrimpex Trade Corp., by merging the successors of the previous Corn industry companies in the counties of Békés (Agrimill Corp.) and Bács-Kiskun (Viktoria Corp.) into Agrimpex Corp.
 
The main activities of the Agrimill-Agrimpex include production and trade of the puffed rice and wheat (whose trademark Ham-Let is well-known) as well as on utilization of warehouses and other estates.
 
Agrimill-Agrimpex Corp. has significant warehouse capacity even in national level. There are modern corn silos and hall warehouses suitable for storing some 300,000 tons of goods in the Eastern part of Hungary, from Kalocsa to Mátészalka. Currently the warehouses are utilized through the ÁTI DEPO Warehousing Corp., who is a determinant player in the logistical and warehousing market of Hungary, and provides complex services to his partners. The warehouses are accessible both on road and by rail.
 
Besides the warehouses, the Corporation deals with utilization of other estates, lending offices and warehouses as well as with development of estates.
 
The shares of Agrimill-Agrimpex have been quoted at Budapest Stock exchange since July 1, 1991.]]>
