April 2024 | Ad-hoc-Mitteilung gemäss Art. 53 KR Leonteq AG (SIX: LEON) und Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft haben ihre Kooperation im Bereich der strukturierten Produkte bis 2030 verlängert. Die Arbeiten zur Anbindung von Leonteqs Technologie- und Dienstleistungsplattform an eine neue Raiffeisen-Plattform sind abgeschlossen und die Kooperationsvereinbarung zwischen den beiden Parteien wurde von 2026 bis 2030 verlängert. Wie bereits angekündigt, übernimmt Raiffeisen in Zukunft Emission, Absicherung und Vertrieb eines Teils ihrer strukturierten Produkte über ihre eigene Plattform, die für fortgesetzte Serviceleistungen an die bestehende Technologieplattform von Leonteq angeschlossen ist. Leonteq wird zudem weiterhin die von Raiffeisen emittierten Produkte über ihren eigenen Vertriebskanal in der Schweiz, in Europa und in Asien vertreiben.
