On the home front, management finalized a major project this Wednesday. The real estate funds "UBS Mixed Urban" and "UBS Direct Urban" have been successfully merged as planned. The newly formed investment vehicle now consolidates 77 properties with an estimated market value exceeding four billion Swiss francs. By achieving broader diversification across urban locations, UBS Asset Management aims to boost operational efficiency and better target institutional investors.

Upcoming Shareholder Meeting to Provide Clarity

These strategic developments come ahead of a key event. At the Annual General Meeting in mid-April, the executive board is scheduled to present concrete details regarding dividend policy and the ongoing share buyback program.
