Accenture stock: company completes Mjølner Informatics acquisition

Accenture completed its acquisition of Mjølner Informatics from Norlys on October 5, 2026. The transaction strengthens Accenture’s software engineering, digital engineering and embedded software development capabilities in Denmark.
Expanded Danish engineering capabilities
Following receipt of all required regulatory approvals, approximately 400 professionals from Mjølner Informatics joined Accenture. Mjølner is headquartered in Aarhus and provides end-to-end digital solutions, with industry expertise in energy and utilities and manufacturing.
Accenture said the acquisition expands its presence across Denmark and strengthens its strategic relationship with Norlys. Under the expanded collaboration, Accenture will continue providing digital development and information-technology services supporting Norlys’ business and technology transformation.
