RTI expands the digital portfolio
Vossloh said RTI uses ultrasonic and eddy-current technologies to detect internal and near-surface rail damage. Its software visualizes and analyzes inspection data collected from hi-rail trucks, inspection trains and push trolleys. Melbourne-based RTI was founded in 1988 and employs around 50 people, the company said in the EQS News release.
Extended maintenance agreement
In a separate announcement dated September 8, 2026, Vossloh said DB InfraGO had extended its framework agreement for preventive rail maintenance by another year. The company reported that about 40,000 kilometers of track had been machined and measured using High Speed Grinding since 2023, with more than 4,800 hours of additional network capacity gained, according to EQS News.
