The Rats In A Cage Tour is structured around two distinct sets. One centres on Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, while the other draws on nearly four decades of the band’s catalogue.
The format links the Huntington Beach festival date with a broad survey of the group’s work, from Gish and Machina to Cyr, Atum and Aghori Mhori Mei. A Madison event listing describes the arrangement as one set devoted to Mellon Collie and another spanning the wider repertoire.
Darker Waves gives the final date a festival setting
Darker Waves places the closing concert at Huntington State Beach rather than an indoor arena. The venue name and Huntington Beach location are carried consistently by the current event listings.
