Sex Pistols release the live album reissue Filthy Lucre Live on 20 November 2026. The edition marks 30 years since the album’s original release and expands it with two previously Japan-only bonus tracks.
Filthy Lucre Live returns in expanded formats
The band’s official reissue announcement sets the release for 20 November 2026. It confirms a double red-vinyl LP and a single CD, with No Fun and Buddies included as bonus tracks.
The NME details the expanded edition as a two-LP red-vinyl set and single CD. The two additions had previously appeared only as Japanese bonus tracks, giving the 20 November edition a wider track selection.
Sex Pistols connect the reissue to their punk catalogue
Sex Pistols are a British punk band whose central studio album is Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols. The official tracklist places the live release alongside songs associated with that album, including Anarchy in the U.K., Bodies, God Save the Queen, Holidays in the Sun and Pretty Vacant.
That connection gives Filthy Lucre Live a defined place within the group’s recorded catalogue. The release is a live document rather than a new studio album, while its expanded formats update the way the performance is presented to listeners in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.
The bonus tracks widen the live album’s release history
The 17-track listing includes the main live set and adds No Fun and Buddies to the upcoming editions. The official presentation identifies Buddies as a crowd sing-along version of Bodies.
The format split keeps the release accessible to vinyl and CD listeners. The red-vinyl edition uses two LPs, while the CD version presents the same expanded release in a single disc format on 20 November 2026.
