Rush announced a five-date residency at Sphere in Las Vegas on 5 November 2026, calling the run Elevate From The Norm. The band will perform on 21, 23, 26, 28 and 30 May 2027 at the venue.
Rush brings Elevate From The Norm to Sphere in 2027
On 5 November 2026, the band’s official announcement named the Las Vegas engagement as a five-date residency. The concerts are scheduled for 21, 23, 26, 28 and 30 May 2027, all at Sphere.
Louder’s account describes the engagement as a five-date Las Vegas residency. The performing line-up is Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, drummer Anika Nilles and keyboardist Loren Gold.
Rush’s Toronto roots shape the Sphere programme
Rush formed in Toronto and developed a progressive-rock identity from its Canadian roots. The band’s catalogue includes the albums 2112, Moving Pictures and Permanent Waves, which link the Sphere programme to several defining parts of its recorded work.
Lee is the bassist, keyboardist and vocalist, while Lifeson plays guitar. Nilles and Gold join them for the live line-up, connecting the long-established core of Rush with the musicians named for the 2027 residency.
Rush links Sphere production with two album landmarks
The musical plan is unusually specific. The announcement says the shows will include complete performances of 2112 and Moving Pictures, alongside other songs from the catalogue.
The same announcement describes a production designed for Sphere’s immersive environment. That places the two album performances within a venue-led programme rather than presenting them as a standard arena set.
