Mötley Crüe expand Too Fast For Love for its 45th anniversary
The band’s official release details describe the edition as a newly remastered presentation of the debut album, released through BMG. BroadwayWorld’s release account also dates the arrival to 30 October 2026 and identifies the deluxe box set as the centrepiece of the anniversary project.
Standard editions are offered on CD and LP, while the Leathür Records version reaches streaming services for the first time. The package links the group’s early do-it-yourself identity to both physical collecting and digital listening.
Mötley Crüe bring Los Angeles hard rock into the release
A BBC profile places Mötley Crüe in Los Angeles and identifies the band as heavy metal. Their sound also carries the glam-rock presentation associated with the group’s long-running identity.
The current line-up is Vince Neil on vocals, Nikki Sixx on bass, Tommy Lee on drums and John 5 on guitar. That line-up keeps the anniversary release tied to the performing act, while the album itself documents the group’s earliest musical foundation.
The deluxe set traces the record’s early studio world
The deluxe box set contains two remastered LP versions of Too Fast For Love, presenting the Leathür Records and Elektra tracklists. It also includes a two-LP collection of live recordings, a five-track demo LP and a CD edition.
Archival additions include a 100-page book, a replica demo cassette, a replica 7-inch single, a poster and a lyric book. The combination gives the release a broad physical scope, while the streaming edition extends the Leathür Records version beyond the box set.
