The American Soundtrack brings Maroon 5 to Austin
The American Soundtrack is the official music showcase for the U.S. Grand Prix weekend. Its official programme places Maroon 5 under Germania Insurance Super Stage Headliners and gives 23 October 2026 beside the act. The page describes a curated showcase spread across multiple stages between on-track sessions.
The showcase runs from 22 to 25 October 2026 in Austin. The Maroon 5 set is listed for Friday, 23 October 2026, while the surrounding programme includes concerts on Saturday and a post-race performance on Sunday. That arrangement makes the band’s appearance the Friday headline performance within a broader race-weekend music schedule.
Maroon 5’s pop-rock catalogue reaches the Grand Prix
Maroon 5 are an American pop-rock band from Los Angeles. The Recording Academy’s profile of the band identifies the group’s formation and describes its debut album, Songs About Jane, as a rock, pop and neo-soul blend. The same profile records the group’s Grammy wins and names songs including This Love and She Will Be Loved.
That musical mix connects the Austin booking with the band’s established catalogue without changing the event’s focus: the Grand Prix weekend’s live programme. On the official schedule, Maroon 5 sit alongside other named performers across the weekend’s stages. The result is a set framed by both a pop-rock headline slot and a multi-stage programme.
The Austin programme extends beyond one stage
The American Soundtrack extends beyond the Friday headline slot. The official schedule lists Post Malone on 24 October 2026 and Alesso on 25 October 2026, with both appearances on the same Grand Prix weekend. It also lists additional acts on The Ranch and La Cantina stages.
Those details place Maroon 5’s performance within a wider music programme rather than a standalone arena date. The Austin event therefore combines the band’s headline appearance with several stages and performances across the U.S. Grand Prix weekend.
