The record pairs a 13-track programme with an acoustic-led approach to the band’s rock songwriting.
O My Beloved sets Kings of Leon’s release details
The official music page places O My Beloved alongside My Whole World, while an AP account of the album gives 6 November 2026 as the release day. Love Tap Records is attached to the release, with Virgin Music handling distribution.
The 13-track record is the band’s first full-length album produced entirely by its members. Its announced songs include My Whole World, Cold Blue Dawn and KOYSAR, connecting the lead single to a wider set of stripped-back material.
The four members shape the new Kings of Leon record
Caleb Followill fronts the quartet, with brothers Nathan and Jared Followill and cousin Matthew Followill completing the line-up. That four-member set-up is also the production unit behind the album, rather than a studio project credited to an outside producer.
NME’s album details describe Kings of Leon as Tennessee rockers and identify O My Beloved as their tenth album, the first since Can We Please Have Fun. The link between the four-member line-up and the self-produced record places the 6 November 2026 release firmly in the band’s main catalogue.
My Whole World introduces O My Beloved’s acoustic direction
The first single, My Whole World, introduces the album’s acoustic-led direction through themes of family, gratitude and childhood memories. The material is described as more stripped-back and melancholic than the band’s more electric-leaning work, while the 13-song structure broadens that approach across the full release.
The release information centres on one date: O My Beloved arrives on 6 November 2026. The label and distributor are identified, and the official page connects the album with its opening single.
