George Michael brings The Faith Tour to archival release
The Sony Music announcement names George Michael Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment as the parties behind the release. It lists vinyl, a limited-edition picture disc, CD and a deluxe box set with a book of previously unseen tour images.
The album presents live recordings from the Paris-Bercy concert and places material from George Michael’s solo catalogue alongside songs associated with WHAM!. The release is an archival live set rather than a new studio album, with the 6 November 2026 date applying to the worldwide album launch.
The Faith Tour expands George Michael’s solo catalogue
The label identifies Chris Porter and David Austin as mixers and John Webber as the mastering engineer. That production information gives the collection the shape of a completed album, rather than an informal archive presentation.
George Michael’s music on the set reflects the combination of soul, R&B and rock that Sony associates with his solo work. The release also connects the concert recording to the catalogue he developed after rising to fame with WHAM!.
Faith and WHAM! songs shape the live set
The announced programme includes Faith, Father Figure, One More Try and Monkey, alongside Careless Whisper. The selection links the concert recording to songs from George Michael’s solo repertoire.
The BroadwayWorld release notice also lists Love’s in Need of Love Today and Lady Marmalade. Two WHAM! selections, Everything She Wants and I’m Your Man, extend that connection beyond the solo catalogue.
