Evanescence will release The Open Door (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) on 6 November 2026. Craft Recordings is expanding the album with four bonus tracks across 2-LP, CD and digital formats.
The Open Door edition adds four bonus tracks
The Craft Recordings announcement sets the release for 6 November 2026 and describes a newly remastered, expanded collection. It pairs the original album with four bonus tracks and presents the package through physical and digital editions.
Three additions are rarities from The Open Door era: If You Don’t Mind, Together Again and The Last Song I’m Wasting On You. The fourth is a previously unreleased demo of Good Enough, while the 2-LP edition comes in a deluxe gatefold jacket. A separate announcement from Consequence confirms the same date and identifies Craft Recordings as the label.
Evanescence connect the reissue to their rock catalogue
The Open Door sits within Evanescence’s established rock catalogue, while this edition extends the album with material from the same recording era. The remaster keeps the original programme at its centre and adds rarities that broaden the release beyond its original sequence.
The link between act and release is specific: the set does not replace the original album, but frames it with three rarities and a demo that has not previously been released. That combination gives listeners in Germany one release with familiar material and additional recordings across physical and digital formats.
For Evanescence, the 6 November 2026 edition joins a catalogue title to a newly expanded release rather than presenting a separate new composition.
