Def Leppard’s current line-up contributes to Volume 4
Joe Elliott, Phil Collen, Rick Savage, Vivian Campbell and Rick Allen contribute exclusive interviews to the hardback book included in each edition. The listed roles are vocals, guitar, bass, guitar and drums, respectively.
That line-up connects the box set’s archival material with the band’s established arena-rock identity. The collection brings together the group’s later studio work and a substantial selection of rarities in one release.
Volume 4 adds archival material to the studio set
Rare tracks curated by Joe Elliott sit alongside material that is appearing on vinyl and CD for the first time. The set also includes a previously unreleased cover of The Beatles’ Revolution, originally recorded for a television advert.
Ronan McHugh mastered the albums at Ro’s Garage, adding a production credit to the package. The hardback book features rare photography by Ross Halfin and liner notes by Classic Rock’s Paul Elliott.
