Deep Purple take SPLAT! Europe Winter 2026 to Leipzig
The official Europe Winter 2026 itinerary lists Leipzig for 31 October 2026 at QI Arena, Germany, as part of the SPLAT! Europe Winter 2026 route. An independent Leipzig event listing identifies the venue by its full name, QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA, and places it at Am Sportforum 2.
The band’s German itinerary moves to Hamburg on 1 November 2026, then to Dortmund on 3 November and Berlin on 4 November. Frankfurt follows on 6 November 2026, with Nuremberg on 7 November 2026. That sequence gives the Leipzig concert a clear place within a concentrated German run.
Deep Purple’s current five-piece hard rock line-up
The current five-piece line-up comprises Ian Gillan on vocals, Roger Glover on bass, Ian Paice on drums, Don Airey on keyboards and Simon McBride on guitar. The five musicians give the Leipzig date a direct connection to the band’s present touring identity.
Deep Purple’s musical base is hard rock, and the German itinerary places that sound in a run of large indoor European venues. The tour title also connects the concerts with SPLAT!, the studio album named in the earMUSIC album listing. Together, those details place Leipzig within the band’s album-linked arena schedule.
