The edition details describe a 1LP zoetrope pressing, a colour 2LP, a 2CD set and a digital version. The zoetrope edition uses a different visual design on each side, while the expanded formats add six tracks from the album’s era.
Those additions include Way Beyond, Oil on Water, Campus, Shame, Final Hour and The Anchor. They also include Send Them Off! (Bunker Sessions) and four anniversary recordings: previously unreleased demos of The Currents and Glory, plus live versions of Good Grief and The Currents.
Bastille’s second album anchors the anniversary package
A current band biography identifies Bastille as a London indie-pop group built around Dan Smith, Chris Wood, Kyle Simmons and William Farquarson. The four-member line-up gives the anniversary set a clear band identity.
The announced package revisits the group’s second studio album within a catalogue that also includes Bad Blood, Doom Days, Give Me the Future and &. Rather than a straight reissue, it joins the original album with demos, a session version and live recordings.
Wild World anniversary editions add archival material
The original album remains intact on the 1LP, which presents all 14 tracks. The expanded editions use additional material to frame Wild World as both a studio record and an archive of related recordings.
The announcement also records that Wild World reached No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 4 on the Billboard 200. That chart history sits alongside the package’s wider mix of physical formats and digital release.
