Arcade Fire carry Montreal indie rock into a different format
Arcade Fire are a Montreal band associated with alternative and indie rock, known for multi-instrumental arrangements and large-scale ensemble writing. Their catalogue includes Funeral, Neon Bible, The Suburbs, Reflektor, Everything Now, We and Pink Elephant.
A current band profile lists Win Butler, Régine Chassagne, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara among the members. The Los Angeles appearance therefore presents the group’s name within a DJ-led Halloween programme rather than a conventional concert billing.
Los Angeles programme pairs the DJ set with live electronic acts
THE MAZE places the band alongside The Blaze, whose appearance is listed as live, and Claude VonStroke. Other performers are also named for the two-stage programme, while the event’s setting extends across the Arts District.
The format connects Arcade Fire’s rock identity with a club-oriented bill without assigning individual songs or a setlist. The listed performance remains a DJ set, with the event scheduled for 31 October 2026.
