           ALINA HOLDINGS PLC (“THE COMPANY”)   ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 12 JUNE 2024    RESULTS OF AGM     The Company announces that all resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2024.
