Super Copper Expands Capital Raise Amid Strong Investor Demand

Super Copper Corp. increases its financing round to $10M to accelerate exploration at its Chilean copper projects, capitalizing on strong market demand driven by the energy transition.

In response to robust investor interest, Super Copper Corp. has significantly increased the size of its ongoing financing round. The company has revised its target from an initial $6 million to a total of $10 million. This move secures additional capital to fund its ambitious plans within the copper sector.

Capital Injection to Fuel Chilean Exploration

The fresh capital is earmarked for specific operational objectives. A primary focus will be accelerating exploration activities at the Cordillera Cobre and Castilla copper projects in Chile. The company intends to use this enhanced liquidity to advance the development of its South American assets. Portions of the proceeds are also allocated for marketing initiatives and general corporate administration, supporting a broader strategic realignment.

The global energy transition and large-scale infrastructure projects have placed copper, a critical industrial metal, in the spotlight. Super Copper is positioning itself to capitalize on this sustained market demand through the accelerated development of its projects.

Financing Structure and Market Context

The expanded capital raise will be executed through the issuance of up to 13.33 million units, priced at $0.75 each. Every unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional share at $1.15, with an expiration period of 36 months, offering a long-term participation opportunity for investors.

The financing is being led by A.G.P. Canada Investments and Baader Bank. The agents will receive a cash commission and broker warrants, each equal to 6% of the aggregate proceeds.

On the trading front, the stock is currently quoted at €0.47. Despite a pullback over the past week, the share price maintains a year-to-date gain of approximately 8.8%.

The transaction is scheduled for completion around March 6, 2026. Achieving this milestone will bolster the company's balance sheet and establish a financial foundation for the upcoming exploration phases in Chile.
