Central to the company's strategy is its primary asset, the Star project, located in British Columbia's prolific Golden Triangle and Sheslay District. Management is positioning the firm to capitalize on the structural, long-term demand for copper, driven by global electrification trends. The newly secured funds are earmarked specifically to accelerate technical work at this core property.

The financed work program extends beyond standard drilling campaigns. The allocated budget encompasses geological mapping, environmental baseline studies, and preparatory work for future permitting processes, in addition to the drilling activities themselves. The company also plans to invest in infrastructure across its entire project portfolio.

Funding Structure and Forward Momentum

The securities issued as part of this private placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day. This structure is designed to ensure that dedicated capital is available for the essential technical work required to collect data. This data, in turn, will form the critical foundation for subsequent resource estimates.

With financing now complete, operational planning for the 2026 field season is fully backed. The company has also outlined further work at its Indata property, aiming to expand the known spatial extent of copper and gold mineralization there.
