The IT distributor, which facilitates annual bookings worth $23 billion, carries a strong reputation for security and compliance. ServiceNow stands to benefit from a clear customer preference: many organizations prefer to procure software through established, trusted partners rather than via direct corporate sales. The current stock market valuation does not fully reflect these strategic advancements. The entire Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector is under pressure as investors worry that artificial intelligence could render existing business models obsolete.
