Realpha Appoints Industry Veteran as Chief Financial Officer

Realpha promotes Prevu co-founder Thomas Kutzman to CFO to drive integration and growth of its AI real estate platform, leveraging his 12+ years of financial markets expertise.

Realpha has announced a significant leadership change, promoting from within to strengthen its executive team following a major acquisition. The company confirmed that Thomas Kutzman has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. He succeeds Piyush Phadke in the role.

A Strategic Promotion for Integration

This appointment is viewed as a strategic move to finalize the operational integration of Prevu, the platform Realpha acquired in November 2025. Kutzman, a co-founder of the acquired Prevu, has been leading the integration efforts as CEO of reAlpha Realty. His promotion to the CFO position at the parent company is intended to create tighter alignment between the business units and fully realize the synergies from the purchase.

The company's immediate focus is on executing its long-term growth strategy. A key task for the new financial leadership will be to optimize the capital structure to solidify the market position of its AI-driven real estate platform after a period of expansion.

Financial Markets Expertise

Thomas Kutzman brings over twelve years of experience in financial markets to the CFO office. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he held investment and trading positions at major institutions including JPMorgan, Citi, and SAC Capital. In his new capacity, he will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Mike Logozzo.

His responsibilities will extend beyond traditional financial operations to encompass capital strategy, human resources, and legal affairs. The leadership transition was executed this past Wednesday and formally announced today.

The move underscores Realpha's emphasis on personnel continuity as it consolidates its operations and aims to leverage its recent strategic acquisition for future growth.
