The company's board of directors has mandated PwC Corporate Finance to explore all available options, which could include a potential sale of the entire business, new strategic partnerships, or a fundamental adjustment to its capital structure. This move signals a readiness for significant change after more than a decade in operation.

Operational Foundation and Market Reaction

The company enters this review from a position of operational strength. Its portfolio consists of more than 120 global projects across solar, wind, and energy storage. A robust project pipeline valued at approximately USD 200 million is in place, supported by letters of intent for transactions worth about USD 20 million. Notably, its partnership with Solaris Energy in the United States is showing concrete progress, with nine projects nearing the production phase.

Despite this solid backdrop, the market's initial response was cautious. Shares declined roughly 8.3 percent following the announcement, trading at 0.24 euros.
