The Canadian quantum cybersecurity firm is transitioning from the over-the-counter markets to the regulated environment of a major U.S. exchange. Trading of its common shares on the NYSE American is set to commence imminently under the ticker symbol "QNC," representing a pivotal moment in the company's evolution. Concurrently, the company will delist from the OTCQB Venture Market. Its existing listings on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will remain unchanged.
