OPAP Holding S.A. has formally concluded a significant internal reorganization, finalizing the transfer of corporate holdings to a dedicated subsidiary. This move brings to a close a multi-phase process initiated during the previous fiscal year, marking a new operational chapter for the gaming group.

A Streamlined Corporate Framework

The company announced that the final stage of this internal realignment was completed last Friday. The restructuring, which commenced with an initial announcement in October 2025, involved a series of steps throughout the fourth quarter of 2025 and into the start of the current year. These actions culminated in the consolidation of shareholdings under the specialized subsidiary, "Organization of Football Prognostics SA."

Management has now executed all requisite corporate legal procedures. The primary objective of this reorganization was to clarify and consolidate the group's internal ownership relationships within a simplified, dedicated structure. This newly established framework is designed to streamline administrative processes across the holding company.

Strategic Brand Positioning Continues

Alongside this administrative overhaul, OPAP continues to leverage strategic infrastructure projects to enhance its market visibility. A cornerstone of this strategy remains the OPAP Arena in Athens. The stadium, which hosted major international events like the 2024 UEFA Europa Conference League final, solidifies the brand's presence within the European sports landscape. While this year's Conference League final is set for Leipzig, the naming-rights infrastructure in Greece remains a pivotal asset for the company's regional sports betting operations.

With the transaction now officially confirmed, the revised corporate architecture is fully in place.
