Ondas Holdings: Strategic Pivot and Major Contract Fuel Revenue Forecast Surge
07.04.2026 - 05:48:41 | boerse-global.de
Ondas Holdings is undergoing a significant strategic transformation, shifting from a technology provider to an established player in the defense sector. This evolution is underscored by a substantial new contract for mine clearance operations and recent strategic acquisitions that have compelled management to issue a dramatically increased revenue forecast.
Financial Outlook Revised Sharply Upward
The company's leadership has significantly raised its revenue target for the 2026 fiscal year, now projecting a minimum of $375 million. This represents a major increase from the previous guidance range of $170 to $180 million. The primary driver behind this upward revision is the integration of two recently announced acquisitions—Mistral and World View Enterprises—which were not included in the earlier forecast.
This new target implies a nearly sevenfold increase compared to the $50.7 million in revenue reported for 2025. For the first quarter of 2026 alone, Ondas anticipates revenue between $38 million and $40 million, which would equate to year-over-year growth of approximately 820 percent.

Defense Contract and Strategic Acquisition Momentum
A key development supporting this optimistic outlook is a major contract secured by its subsidiary, 4M Defense. The unit won a bid for a large-scale mine clearance program within a strategic border region, forming part of the Israeli Defense Ministry's $1.7 billion "Eastern Border Security Barrier" initiative. The project involves deploying AI-powered robotic systems across roughly 500 kilometers to clear terrain and prepare it for future defense infrastructure. This engagement is expected to generate over $50 million in contracts for the company in the near to medium term.
Concurrently, the finalized merger agreement with Mistral is proving to be a pivotal strategic move. For approximately $175 million—paid partly in stock and partly as an escrow deposit—Ondas is acquiring prime contractor status within the U.S. defense sector. Mistral currently manages framework agreements with the U.S. Army and the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) valued at over $1 billion. This transaction is scheduled for completion during the ongoing second quarter.
Solid Financial Foundation for Expansion
Ondas enters this period of growth from a position of financial strength. Following a major capital raise in January, the company began the second quarter with liquidity of around $1.55 billion. To formally settle the corporate aspects of its acquisition of World View Enterprises, which was completed on April 1, the company has announced the potential resale of 4.4 million shares. This move finalizes the capital structure for its planned expansion into the stratospheric surveillance platforms market.
The combination of a landmark defense contract and transformative acquisitions is reshaping Ondas Holdings, positioning it for accelerated growth and an elevated role in the defense industry.
