MyState Limited Confirms Interim Dividend Payout
03.03.2026 - 02:13:43 | boerse-global.deFormer shareholders of Auswide Bank are now looking to the dividend schedule of its acquirer, MyState Limited. Following the takeover and subsequent delisting of Ausside Bank last year, investor returns are now entirely dependent on the dividend policy of the parent company.
Dividend Details and Payment Schedule
The banking group has declared an interim dividend of AUD 0.12 per share for the half-year period concluding on December 31, 2025. This continues MyState's established practice of making semi-annual distributions. The ex-dividend date for this payment was set last week, on February 25. Shareholders who held stock at that time are now entitled to the forthcoming disbursement.
The payment to eligible shareholders is scheduled for March 20, 2026.

Operational Strategy and Rate Adjustments
Alongside its dividend announcement, the banking group has implemented adjustments to its operational lending terms. In a move reflecting its strategy to navigate a dynamic market environment and competitive pressures within the sector, the institution increased interest rates on a range of mortgage and overdraft products by 0.25% per annum in mid-February.
