The company announced that Catherine Huynh has returned from a period of leave to assume the role of Joint Company Secretary alongside Matthew Foy. This appointment follows the departure of Lewis Lowe from the position, effective February 9.
This restructuring of the company secretary function is designed to ensure robust communication with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and maintain strict adherence to regulatory obligations. The move comes during a pivotal stage for the company's flagship development project.
