Kirkstone Metals has bolstered its financial position to advance its uranium projects through a new capital raise. In a strategic move to enhance its market profile, the company also commenced trading on the U.S. OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol KSMCF starting March 12, 2026.

Capital Raise and Strategic Listings

The company announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to issue up to 10 million units at a price of US$0.20 each. This financing initiative is designed to generate gross proceeds of up to US$2 million. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. A full warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional share for US$1.00 within a two-year period following the closing date, subject to a minimum 60-day waiting period after the deal's completion.

A portion of this placement is being conducted under Canada's Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE). This provision allows for the immediate free trading of the securities issued in most Canadian provinces, offering investors greater liquidity.

The concurrent OTCQB listing in the United States serves a dual purpose: to improve trading liquidity and to facilitate access for a broader base of U.S. investors. By establishing a presence on both Canadian and U.S. markets, Kirkstone Metals aims to strengthen its capital market footprint and diversify the funding base for its ongoing operations.
