The company has launched a comprehensive capital return strategy, commencing with an immediate share repurchase from two of its principal investors. Keros Therapeutics will buy back shares valued at $181 million from ADAR1 Capital Management, LLC and Pontifax Venture Capital at a price of $17.75 per share.
