The company placed 16.4 million new shares at CHF 4 each, exceeding its initial placement target due to substantial institutional investor demand that signals growing market confidence in Idorsia’s strategic direction.

The capital increase was met with such robust demand that Idorsia expanded the offering from the originally planned 15 million shares to 16.4 million shares.
