The company has significantly expanded its available capital through a combination of an enlarged equity facility and a strategic divestment, ensuring ample resources for upcoming drilling campaigns. Strategic Capital Expansion

A primary move involves a substantial increase to the company's existing At-The-Market (ATM) equity program. The agreement, originally capped at $5 million, has been expanded to a total potential volume of $15 million. With approximately $5 million already utilized, this leaves Giant Mining with roughly $10.05 million in remaining available liquidity under the facility.

This financial flexibility is further augmented by the sale of Giant Mining's 16% minority stake in Premium Exploration. The company secured $1 million from the divestment, a strategic decision that allows management to concentrate efforts and capital on its core Majuba Hill project. The purchase price for the stake is secured by an interest-bearing promissory note.
