In a related development, the subsidiary World Mobile LLC launched its own mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) service in early March, catering to travelers and residents in the U.S. The service utilizes modern eSIM technology to ensure reliability.

From a financial and regulatory perspective, the company appears to be on more stable ground. Its filings with the SEC are current, and its shares are presently traded on the Pink Limited Market. The executive team's stated objective remains a return to a major U.S. stock exchange, which it views as a crucial step for enabling its next phase of growth.
