The company's net loss for the three-month period reached approximately CAD 0.193 million. This represents a substantial increase from the CAD 0.086 million loss reported for the same quarter in the prior year. On a per-share basis, the loss expanded to CAD 0.005 from CAD 0.002.

This trend of rising losses continued when examining the year-to-date figures. For the nine-month period, the net loss totaled roughly CAD 0.253 million, a jump from the CAD 0.160 million loss recorded a year earlier.
