For a stock that has declined approximately 32% since the start of the year and hit a fresh 52-week low just yesterday, this convergence of events is both inopportune and precisely timed.

Guidance and Leadership Continuity in Focus

While the 2025 figures will be scrutinized, investor attention tomorrow will likely center on the future. Management has already indicated that 2026 will present a persistently challenging environment. Potential price increases from manufacturers and possible supply chain constraints are expected to act as headwinds to growth. Through the Provitako IT service provider consortium, Bechtle, in partnership with HPE, secured a €501 million contract for network and server infrastructure for municipal IT service providers. The anticipated federal infrastructure special fund could significantly amplify public sector business volume starting in 2026.
