Skanska signs U.S. technology-facility contract
In an October 6 press release, Skanska said it had signed an additional contract with an existing client for a technology facility in the United States. The contract is worth USD 138 million, or about SEK 1.3 billion, and will be included in Skanska's U.S. order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
Work began in April 2026 and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028, according to the company release.
