The October 6 release said the ESMO program will include updated overall-survival data from the Phase 3 C-POST trial of adjuvant Libtayo in adults with high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma after surgery and radiation. It also listed a final Phase 2 analysis of Libtayo before surgery in resectable cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Additional research will examine Factor XI antibodies cenvacibart and amrecibart as potential approaches to reducing thrombosis in patients with cancer. The company said the ESMO Congress is scheduled for October 23 through October 27 in Madrid.
Earlier collaboration announcement
In a separate October 1, 2026 release, Regeneron and Sanofi announced an expanded antibody collaboration. The agreement covers four new long-acting antibodies invented by Regeneron, including REGN20423, a clinical-stage IL-13 antibody. Regeneron is to receive a $1 billion upfront payment and may receive up to an additional $7 billion in development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments. The companies said they will share development and commercialization costs and split future profits from the potential products equally.
