Outlook remains the key test
PUMA kept its full-year sales outlook for a low- to mid-single-digit currency-adjusted decline. It narrowed the expected 2026 EBIT loss to EUR 80 million to EUR 130 million, from a previous range of EUR 50 million to EUR 150 million. The company also expects capital expenditure below EUR 150 million, compared with a previous estimate of around EUR 200 million.
PUMA's inventory declined 24.3% year on year to EUR 1,608.9 million in the third quarter. The reduction supports the reset, but weaker demand and elevated operating expenses remain central risks for the recovery.
