Pentair names Bob Hau CFO effective November 1, 2026

Pentair has named Bob Hau as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 1, 2026. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.27 per share.

Pentair plc has named Bob Hau as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 1, 2026. Bob Fishman, the company’s interim CFO, will remain with Pentair through that date to support the transition, according to the Pentair release dated September 22, 2026.

New finance chief

Hau previously served as executive vice president and CFO at Fiserv from 2016 to 2025. Before that, he held CFO roles at TE Connectivity and Lennox International, and earlier worked in senior finance positions at Honeywell International, the company announcement said.

Quarterly dividend

Pentair also announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.27 per share. The dividend is scheduled for payment on November 6, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 23, 2026, according to the Pentair release dated September 21, 2026.
