In a company release dated October 1, 2026, Henkel said it had completed the acquisition of the Netherlands-based Stahl Group. The specialty coatings company became fully part of Henkel after the closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals, were fulfilled. Stahl is active in high-performance specialty coatings for flexible materials.
Adhesive Technologies showcase
Henkel had also announced on September 17, 2026, that its Adhesive Technologies business would present solutions at ALUMINIUM 2026 in Düsseldorf from October 6 to 8. According to the company release, the presentation included Bonderite solutions, equipment and technical services for aluminum pretreatment and finishing.
