Equinix stock heads toward the Xetra open with the company’s September 10, 2026 appointment of DD Dasgupta as chief marketing officer as the latest dated corporate development.
Management appointment
Equinix said Dasgupta has more than 25 years of experience across digital infrastructure, networking, cloud, storage, observability and security. He has led Equinix’s customer-focused solutions portfolio as vice president of product and solution marketing since 2024.
Reporting structure
In his new role, Dasgupta reports to Equinix Chief Customer and Revenue Officer Shane Paladin, according to the company’s release. Before joining Equinix in 2024, Dasgupta led product management and product marketing for Cisco’s data center portfolio and was founding chief marketing officer at Avi Networks.
