Strategic cooperation under review
BPCE said the investment is intended to support discussions on cooperation in corporate and investment banking, equipment leasing, consumer credit and cross-border client business. The companies expect those discussions to conclude in early 2027, with any material development to be reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
