First-half operating performance
In a September 21, 2026 investor-relations release, Appeninn said rental income increased 5 percent to EUR 11.339 million in the first half of 2026. The company said operating profitability remained stable despite the strengthening of the forint, while its adjusted EBITDA margin stayed above 60 percent.
The same release reported direct collateral of EUR 7.486 million and EBITDA, adjusted for property revaluation effects, of EUR 6.913 million for the first six months of 2026. The corresponding figures for the prior-year period were EUR 7.170 million and EUR 6.707 million. Appeninn also said it had acquired a 56,000-square-meter logistics center in Tarnow in February and completed another Polish acquisition worth more than EUR 100 million shortly after the half-year ended. The company said the value of its Polish property portfolio reached EUR 170 million across office, logistics and retail assets.
