With RioGaleão, Aena’s Brazilian portfolio reached 18 terminals across ten states, handling more than 63 million passengers annually, the report said. Aena said its management priorities include operational efficiency, passenger experience, cargo transportation and value creation for Rio de Janeiro and the state. O Globo reported that the airport joined Aena’s global network of 81 airports in five countries.
